Information We Collect

When you place an order, our payment and checkout provider (Snipcart, together with our connected payment processor, Stripe) collects your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details in order to process your purchase. We do not directly see or store your full payment card number.

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send, via our form provider Formspree, so we can respond to your inquiry.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your browser type and general location for security and performance purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your order, including shipping and customer service.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to run our store, each with its own privacy policy: Stripe (payment processing), Snipcart (shopping cart), and Formspree (contact form delivery).

Products

All products are printed to our stated specifications using heat transfer vinyl on Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed cotton tees, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to display differences.

Orders and Payment

All orders are processed through Stripe via our Snipcart checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product availability, and discontinue designs at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All designs, text, and artwork on uandmets.com are the property of U & Me Ts and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

U & Me Ts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

All statement garments are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Time

Standard transit across the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, with full tracking provided by email once your order ships.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed statement garments within 14 days of delivery. Archival editions must retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund. To start a return, email info@uandmets.com with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@uandmets.com and we'll make it right.

Fit

We print on Comfort Colors 1717 — a garment-dyed, 100% ring-spun cotton tee with a relaxed, boxy cut, not a fitted one. It runs generous through the chest, shoulders, and sleeves, so if you want a closer fit, size down from what you'd normally wear.
